When we were considering revamping our entire backyard, we contacted George Brothers Inc. Increte of Albany. Because my wife and I had busy schedules, we were unable to visit the showroom to actually see real stamped patterns during regular business hours – the first hint of dedication was when Diane George gladly offered to arrange a date that she would stay late. Since that time, the enthusiasm towards offering superior service just kept getting better.
The start date was exactly on schedule as promised when Rick George showed up early in the morning to ensure everything we wanted was exactly coordinated to our specifications, from colors to design, and to communicate exactly what we should expect. The job at least in our minds was substantial and involved significant demolition prior to creating our dream. The men that worked each day from early in the morning until late in the afternoon with scarcely any disruption in their activity were astonishing to watch – they smiled and worked continuously. And, at the end of the day when we arrived home, took time to chat before leaving for the day.
Just to give readers an idea of the professional, clean, responsive, respectful, and commitment to excellence that we observed, here are some of the impressive attributes and extra care we observed…
On time and on schedule every day; friendly dedicated cordial staff; took personal pride in everything they did; placed sod (instead of grass seed) in a small area because they knew our dogs like to dig dirt in that area; after smoothly raking our top soil for sod placement, our dogs escaped into the yard and made countless paw prints – not a word from anybody, but it was fixed the next day; a cap on our chain link fence was broken because they took time each day to pound the post into the ground to protect our dogs – on last day, cap was replaced and good as new without every mentioning it to them. Here’s the real kicker – after they completed the job, not only did they clean everything up incredibly well including sweeping the driveway where they pushed through wheelbarrows daily, they neatly wrapped our hoses, pressure washed our deck, back of house near the concrete work, and side of house where they saw some mold but did no concrete work there at all. This is what we call PRIDE!
It is rare that either of us writes reviews, and most probably by nature most people share views if there is something that displeased them. But, in this instance we couldn’t let an opportunity get by to say just how wonderful this experience was. Increte of Albany did an incredible job and left an indelible mark in our yard and the neighborhood, as our friends, family, and neighbors are excited to join us for gatherings in this newly created delightful and beautiful space. Thank you George Brothers, Inc. for an excellent job and proving that some people do love what they do and take pride in doing it!
